Overview
The Plugin Optics 8-inch Universal Distribution Pedestal provides a protective enclosure for, outside plant (OSP), above ground splices and terminations of buried feeder fiber and customer drop fiber cables. Used for both Greenfield and Brownfield applications at mid-span or stub-in points. Made with non-metallic, non-conductive, injection molded plastic, Plugin Optics 8-inch Universal Distribution Pedestals provide a rugged and durable enclosure to protect against weather, dirt, flooding, fire and impact for OSP above-grade applications.

Also available in configurations Ideal for fiber distribution hub (FDH) sites, fiber distribution splitter hub (FDSH) sites, that can also host CWDM and DWDM solutions for OSP capacity projects. Used for both Greenfield and Brownfield applications at mid-span or stub-in points. Made of non-metallic, non-conductive, roto molded HDPE, the 12-Inch Distribution Pedestal provides a rugged and durable enclosure to protect against weather, dirt, flooding, fire, and impact for OSP above-grade applications.
